I grew up in a self-employed environment, and owned and operated Paul Schafer Wood Products, a manufacturing business that employed 15 to 20 people. The reason I'm mentioning this is because I have firsthand knowledge of what it’s like to own and operate a business. The challenges, the headaches, the joys, the let-downs, dealing with employees, scheduling, payroll, etc. And after talking with my many insurance clients over the years, I’ve learned it doesn’t matter what your business is, or what you make or build, the problems and challenges are all the same.

In 1991, I started working with the business market assisting with their group Health Insurance. Over the years, I have grown and now provide other group services, such as Life Insurance, Funding for Buy-Sell Agreements, Key Man Coverage, Disability Income, Ancillary Products, Retirement Plans & Annuities.
